Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Screeny (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Screeny is a mobile application that transforms iPhone screenshots into professional device mockups. The App processes images locally on your device.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may:

• Use mockups created with Screeny for personal projects
• Use mockups for commercial purposes (marketing, App Store screenshots, presentations)
• Share mockups you create

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify or create derivative works of the App
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App to create illegal or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Screeny and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The copyright of any used imagery, such as device bezels and frames, belongs to their respective creators. Screeny does not claim ownership of third-party design assets.

Mockups you create using the App are yours to use as you see fit, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights.

User Content

You retain ownership of any screenshots or images you process through the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you process through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Screeny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Screeny and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Screeny operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenfunctional, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
